Paperboy, a mobile app that features a range of newspapers and magazines, has listed about 60 per cent of newspapers from Punjab.
A company press release issued here today stated that JVK Raja, the 18-year old founder of Paperboy, is happy as his 15 months of toil has finally come to fruition. It stated that Paperboy is a mobile app that features the widest range of Indian newspapers and magazines uploaded on real time on to its platform.
It said Punjab is an important market for Paperboy as the company has already listed over 59 per cent newspapers from the region and hopes to achieve 100 per cent listing in the months to come.
Paperboy currently lists over 400 newspapers and magazines nationally and is live on the Google Playstore.
Raja conceptualised the idea as he was finishing school, when he found that he was missing his daily newspaper while travelling. — TNS
