Ranjit Singh Brahmpura, Lok Sabha MP from Khadoor Sahib, has raised the issue of eviction of Dalit families from their allotted properties at Nathu Chak village. He said, “Amarinder ordered to take back the cheques issued to the farmers cultivating their crops across the barbed wire. These cheques were issued to the deserving persons, but the Congress government did so just to degrade the previous SAD-BJP government.”
He said he would put forth the issues in the upcoming Lok Sabha session in July 2017. Accusing the Chief Minister of allotting mining to his ministers and MLAs on the name of their servants, he said the case should be handed over to the CBI, Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax authorities.
He also criticised Capt for attending the bhog ceremony of KPS Gill, ex-DGP, Punjab.
