AAP volunteers lose mobiles, cash to pickpockets

Amritsar, June 2

Unknown persons stole wallets and mobile phones of AAP volunteers, who had gone to welcome Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on May 29. They lodged a complaint yesterday.
Sukhjinder Singh Pannu stated to the police that he had gone to receive Kejriwal along with others. He said taking advantage of the heavy rush some unknown person stole his wallet containing Rs 60,000 in cash and other documents. Similarly, Satpal Singh Sokhi and party MLA Jagdev Singh’s mobile phones were also stolen.
